    I’m SO thankful to have found Salt n’ Sauna! Owner, Kim, always has a smile on her face to greet you and is genuinely interested in answering your questions and having discussions about wellness. Her own story of recovery is remarkable and it led me to quickly put a path in place for myself and the healing that my body (and mind) are needing right now. I’ve become slightly addicted to how much better my entire body feels after the sauna sessions and I’m now healing myself 4-5 times a week. As a hospice worker who wants to maintain the physical and emotional stamina to help others, I’m learning the best way I can continue to help others is to invest in self-care. The salt treatments they offer have been awesome to experience as well, and I love the overall peaceful and tranquil environment that Kim has created. I highly recommend Salt n’ Sauna!
