Halotherapy
(Dry Salt Therapy)
Halotherapy is a natural, drug-free, safe therapy and approach to health that mimics the microclimate of a salt cave, involving breathing in medical-grade salt-infused air to promote respiratory health, skin health, and overall wellness.
Chromotherapy
Chromotherapy is a holistic practice that uses colors to promote healing, balance, and overall well-being within the body and mind. It’s included as part of every Halotherapy and Infrared Sauna session and Salt n’ Sauna Wellness!
Infrared Sauna
Infrared Sauna therapy utilizes infrared light to heat the body directly, offering various health benefits, including relaxation, detoxification, pain relief, stress relief, chronic illness treatment, and so much more.
Owner and Operator
Kim Carr Swords, BCHHP, CHN, CHHC, AIPCC
Kim opened Salt n’ Sauna Wellness in 2019 after years of navigating the healthcare system. Through her own diagnoses, a life-threatening scare, and her daughter’s special needs, Kim learned the importance of being an advocate for herself and her loved ones. She set out on a mission to heal herself naturally and birthed Salt n’ Sauna Wellness from her own personal health journey from “near death” to “you’re in remission”, and extended her knowledge and belief in holistic healing to the people of Alpharetta, Georgia, and surrounding areas.
