Our family began going to Salt n’ Sauna this past summer and it’s a staple in our lives now. My husband and I go to ease any soreness after workouts and our daughter plays volleyball and uses salt therapy with infrared sauna to reboot her body before and after playing.
I used the salt therapy /infrared after finding myself winded from stupid COVID and NOW I’m back to running and playing sports without getting winded within 5 min.

I had never gone to these types of places until now (I’m old school and used to think eat right, drink water and exercise… I still believe in that recipe, but combine that with salt and sauna and at 52, I have the energy of a 30 year old.
